Initial Consultation
It is essential to find appropriate help if you, a loved one or colleague has been suffering with drug addiction, alcohol abuse or have a concern with a behavior that is unwanted or difficult to stop. When you call TLC, you will be connected with one of our highly trained and knowledgeable staff who will guide you through your care experience. Should you feel that TLC is a good fit for you, your initial intake will be completed. All information gathered will remain confidential.
Pre-Assessment
We will conduct a 30-minute clinical evaluation by phone or in-person. This assessment will address concerns and abuse history. This process will also touch on areas where one feels they are in need of support. Our compassionate pre-assessment team will also go over a series of questions to better understand you as a personal, your situation and current needs.
Travel & Arrival
Your Admissions Coordinator will stay in close contact with you while traveling and see that you arrive safely at our facility. If needed, we will help you to coordinate your travel arrangements. We can also assist with transport, greet you at the airport and safely transporting you to our facility.
